An accomplished and dynamic Sales Executive and leader with over two decades of experience, Mark has been recognized as an Inc. 500 entrepreneur. He has had the privilege to coach and mentor Fortune 500 executives and work with some of the world’s most recognizable brands to develop the next generation of business and sales leaders.
MindsetGo Launch and Purpose
In 2015, Mark launched MindsetGo, an innovative training organization that excites individuals to apply their new skills, knowledge, and behaviors to improve both individually and as part of a team. Centered on Multi-Generational, Conversational and Emotional Intelligence, MindsetGo improves leaders, mid-level managers and teams by developing internal and external communication strategies, and facilitating sustainable mindset, attitude, and habit change.
Successful Business Owner and Investor
Prior to MindsetGo, Mark founded Mark Altman & Associates (MA&A) in 2001. He grew and transformed his vision into a business which was recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest growing privately held companies in the nation in 2010 and 2011. Mark sold the company and shortly thereafter, became a private investor and member of Launchpad Investment Group in Boston.
Commitment to Giving Back
In 2017, he started the MindsetGo Foundation which helps Middle School and High School students build their confidence and self-advocacy skills. He is also on the Board of Directors for L.E.A.D, a non-profit whose mission is to provide educators, students and organizations the education they need to promote mental health education and adolescent well-being. Mark is a native of Boston and enjoys spending time with his three active children. He has also been a passionate youth sports coach for the last 15 years, and a freelance sports reporter for the Associated Press (AP) covering home games for the Boston Red Sox, Celtics and Bruins.
Getting the Message Out
Mark hosts both a weekly radio show and video podcast. The MindsetGo Radio Show covers topics including building confidence, overcoming fears, advocating for youself, and bridging communication gaps at home and work. The Mindset Entrepreneur Video Podcast features discussions with business leaders and entrepreneurs about what differentiates them and their company from competitors. He also chairs and facilitates Meeting of the Masterminds, supporting business owners seeking problem-solving, accountability, new perspectives and a sales and marketing strategy.
